FALCONER, Dr. Errol - We announce with profound sorrow the death Dr. Falconer on Saturday, June 6, 2020 in his 93rd year, as he would have wished, in his home, surrounded by family, his colourful garden in full view.
Errol, born in Somerton, St. James, was the eldest of five children, of Noel Barzilai and Gwendoline Falconer, nee Linton, and is survived by his sister Fay Williams. A scholarship winner and graduate of Jamaica College, Errol came to study Organic Chemistry at McGill University in 1948.

COOPER, Phyllis - Passed away peacefully at the age of 88 years old on Saturday evening, June 6, 2020 at Kensington Gardens.
Phyllis and her dear husband, Donald, met at Humberside Collegiate and have been together ever since.
She is remembered by their sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, friends and former colleagues.
Phyllis was a professional singer, French immersion and music teacher, Francophile and bon-vivant.

BARKER, June Glenna (Santoni) - Passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 6, 2020, at home with Heidi, Brian and Darren by her side.
June was born in the “Aluminum Capital of the World” Arvida, QC, to Fred and Phyllis Santoni. Their bustling family home with siblings, Terry, Ronnie, Brian and Carole was full of music, laughter and ‘joie de vivre’.

LANE, The Honourable George Dennis - QC - Passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 6, 2020, in his 87th year, having his hand held by his beloved wife of almost 64 years, Sandra (nee Brown).
Predeceased by his parents, Clifton Harper Lane and Marjorie Constance (Neish) Lane, and by his brother, Malcolm Stewart Lane.

MARSHALL, Mary Ann - Passed away on Saturday June 6, 2020 from pancreatic cancer, at the age of 78.
She was born February 11, 1942 to Mary and Walter Faulds and grew up in St. Thomas, Ontario.
She married James Parker Marshall in April of 1967; he sadly predeceased her in January, 1979.
Ann is survived by her children, Maureen, Alanna and Patricia; their husbands, Jonathan, Stefano and Jamie; as well as her sisters, Margaret, Catherine, Marnin, Sheila, Mary Jo; and her brother Paul, as well as their spouses.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joan (Fitzgerald) Crowe.
Joan was the beloved wife of George, married 61 years, and a devoted mother to Jan (Svend), Steve (Michele), Doug (Liana) and Don (Renée).
Joan was a loving grandmother to Taylor, Madeline, Emily, Rebecca, Brad, Megan, Natalie, Sarah, Olivia and Hayden; and proud great-grandmother to Monica, Xavier and Gabriel.
Joan passed away peacefully, with her family at her side after a brief illness.

STEWART, William Bernard "Barney" Alexander - Passed peacefully, at the age of 78, on June 6, 2020, at Toronto General Hospital.
Born in Toronto on October 7, 1941, to the late William Brockman Stewart and Dorothy Marguerite McGarry.
Starting as a teen at CKSO in Sudbury, Barney enjoyed an over 50-year career in the Canadian film and television industry.
His career allowed him to travel the world and meet many interesting people, some of whom became lifelong friends.
Having various roles, throughout the years he won numerous awards for his work.

Frank Marusic, only son of Leo and Ana Marusic, passed away unexpectedly, just a month short of his 67th birthday.
Frank was a graduate of Leaside High and the University of Toronto with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science, and he worked for 27 years with Bell Canada.

MARZALIK, Joseph - Our family is saddened to announce that Joseph passed away at home on June 6, 2020, surrounded by his family.
He was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Mary Marzalik, brother John and sisters, Mary and Celia.
Survived by his dear brother Bernie and sister Theresa, he was also an uncle to many nieces and nephews and always enjoyed spending time in their company.

FERRIE, Douglas David - Douglas David Ferrie died on June 5, 2020 at Scarborough General Hospital at age 92.
He was born in Toronto on January 11, 1928 and lived in the city his whole life.
He was an electrician and a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers for over 70 years.
He was predeceased by his father Alastair and mother Lillie (Hall). whom he looked after for many years. He was also predeceased by his brother James and is survived by his sister Dorothy Brookfield.

HOBBS, Lawrence George 'Larry' - Passed away peacefully on Friday, June 5, 2020 in his 88th year.
Larry bravely fought various forms of cancer for several years, always facing each challenge with a positive attitude.
He had a successful and long career in the geological mining exploration field as a Professional Engineer. Larry was a man who loved the outdoors (fishing, camping, canoeing, hiking, cycling, gardening, etc.), woodworking, photography and other creative activities. He has touched the lives of many people.
Loving father of Graham (deceased 1977), Brian, Lauren (Scott), Alan (deceased 1991) and Chris (Cindy), and step-father of Bob (Sherri) and Stefani (Steve).

Born in Ogulin Croatia on October 30th, 1935. He moved to Canada in 1970 where he enjoyed life with family and friends for the past many years.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman who enjoyed life and the outdoors. He loved to entertain his family and friends playing his "tamburica".
Mijo passed away on June 5th, 2020 at Humber River Hospital in Toronto.
