Passed away on August 19, 2018.
Visitation will be held at Giffen-Mack funeral home, 4115 Lawrence Ave. East, West Hill, Ontario on August 27th from 2 - 4pm and from 7 - 9 p.m. A Celebration of Life service will be held in the funeral home on August 28th from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Attendees are invited to wear a Toronto Maple Leafs jersey, or another jersey to represent your favourite team (but be prepared to sit in the back).
