CAROTI, Mary - It is with great sadness that the family of Mary Caroti announces her passing on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at the age of 62 after a courageous battle with breast cancer.
She was born to Giuseppe and Antonietta Briante on May 5, 1956 in East York, Toronto.
Mary is a loving and devoted wife of 41 years to her husband Vito; loving mother to her son Alessandro and angels Robbie and Sabrina; loving sister to Margherita (Vito), Sam (Mary), Diego (Carol), Pina (John), and Aleardo (Jacinta); Aunt to her nieces and nephews; and dear companion to her many friends.
Mary is known for her love of life, positivity, and unwavering strength. She brought love and light to everyone she knew and led an exemplary life of gratitude, selflessness, generosity, and kindness.
Mary is missed by many and has left a beautiful legacy and lasting impression on everyone she knew.
Visitations in memory of Mary are scheduled on Friday, October 12, 2018 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at DeMarco Funeral Home Toronto, ON. Interment will be at Concord, ON on Saturday, October 13th at 10am (7241 Jane Street). Following interment, a Celebration of Life and reception will be held at DeMarco Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish to honour Mary’s memory may make a donation to Cancer Care at Humber River Hospital.
