Loving mother of Joseph, Raymond, Cecilia and Imelda.
Caring grandmother of Kason, Rockson and Nicole.
Teresa will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her relatives and friends.
Friends may pay final respect to Teresa at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home, Markham, Ontario. Visitation will be from 6 pm - 9 pm on Tuesday October 16, 2018 and 9:30 am - 10:30 am on Wednesday October 17, 2018. A Catholic Funeral service will commence on Wednesday October 17, 2018 at 10:30 am in the funeral home to be followed by burial at in Thornhill.
