O'LEARY, Noreen Rita (nee FRECHETTE) - With profound sadness we announce the passing of Noreen at age 90.
She was the beloved wife of the late Martin.
Noreen was the cherished and supportive Mom of John (Lynne), Paul, Jim (Bev), Kathy (Dan Byles), Dan, Marty (deceased), Greg (Cathy) and Anne Marie (Ed Switzer).
She was the extremely proud grandmother of 18 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Noreen was adored by her many friends.
She was an accomplished bridge player, a bowler many years ago and was an excellent cook. Noreen was known for her good-nature and quick wit. She loved to laugh and will be remembered with a smile on her face.
She was a devout Roman Catholic, loving, generous and kind. Noreen was a St. Boniface parishioner for over 51 years.
She had the fondest memories of the support and friendship from her fellow parishioners over the years.
Friends will be received at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home at 2900 Kingston Rd. on Wednesday, November 7th (from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.). A Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, November 8th at 11 a.m. at St. Boniface Roman Catholic Church, 21 Markanna Dr., Scarborough. A reception will immediately follow at Qssis Banquet Hall located beside the Church.
