Hefford SelbyHEFFORD, Selby 'Heff'  -  (Veteran of the Korean War.  Served in the Merchant Navy)  -  Passed away peacefully at the Sunnybrook Veterans Centre on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at the age of 90.

Reunited with beloved wife Flora (nee-Welch) and adored son Gord. 

Loving father to Carol Clifford (John), Margo Yoshiki (Terry), Jane Hamilton (John) and Gayle Bellemare (Dan).

Cherished Grandad to Ryan, Sarah, Heather, Cheryl, David, Andrew, Beth, Aaron, Robbie and Becca and their respective spouses. 

Adoring Great-Grandad to Hannah, Calvin, Fiona, Lydia, Felicity, Esme, Chloe, Jordan, Matthew, TJ and Sybil. 

Dearest brother to Florence Keel-Burton. Uncle Heff will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The family wish to extend sincere appreciation to the staff at Sunnybrook Veterans Centre and for their dedicated and compassionate care over the past 8 years. Appreciation is also extended to Veterans Affairs Canada, Paramed, Seniors For Seniors and Selectacare for their support and care. 

Friends will be received at the Ward funeral home, 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Friday, November 9, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service in the chapel at 11:00 a.m.   Private family interment at Prospect Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grandravine Special Hockey Program or the Salvation Army would be greatly appreciated.
