Cherished grandfather of Emily, Cole, Audrey and Hennessey.
Dear brother of Ricci Lake of Midland.
He will be greatly missed be several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Belhaven Hall, 25202 Warden Avenue at Old Homestead Road on Friday November 9th, 2018 from 4 to 7 p.m.
In memory of Bert, donations to the Neuroscience Unit of St-Michael's Hospital, Toronto, would be appreciated.
