PARAVIA, Jean (nee TENESI) - Our Hero on Earth is now Our Angel in Heaven Born on September 15, 1935 and died on January 4, 2019.
Jean passed peacefully in her 83rd year.
Jean is survived by her husband of 64 years, Carlo, daughters Rosemarie (Roy) and Loradonna and her pride and joy, grandsons Christian and Nicholas.
Jean is predeceased by her brother Guido (Mary), her sister Grace (predeceased by her husband Atillio) and her sister Mary (predeceased by her husband Emilio).
She will be deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, nephews, godchildren, cousins and close friends.
The family would like to thank Michelle, who was Jean's caregiver for two years and special thanks to the staff of Maple Health Centre who affectionately referred to her as "Momma" and cared for all her needs during her six year stay.
The family will receive friends and family at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Rd. E. Details can be found on website. The final rite of committal and entombment will follow cremation.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of Jean, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
