O'BRIEN, Joy M.  -  (March 28, 1946 - February 3, 2019)  -  It is with the deepest sorrow that we must announce the passing of our wonderful Joy. Wife, Mother, Sister and Daughter. Joy passed away on February 3, 2019 at 8:48am in hospital surrounded by her family; Husband Felix, Daughter Roxane and Son David.

She is survived by her Sister Lillian Jenkins-Curtis and Brothers Vaden, Llewellyn and Wilson Jenkins.

She is loved and missed by her Grandchildren; Michael (David), Parlement (Roxane), Provence (David), Sterling (Roxane).

She is now in Heaven with her Mother, Ada March-Jenkins, Father, Oliver Jenkins and Brothers,  Leonard, Nelson and Bert Jenkins.

Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Joy knew that she was filled with love and light for everyone she met. She was always the first person to help someone in need and always saw the best in everyone.

Visitation will be held at McDougall & Brown Funeral, Eglinton Chapel, 1812 Eglinton Avenue West, Toronto, On, on Saturday, February 9th, from 10am to 12 pm. Funeral Service to follow at 12 noon. Due to construction, access to parking is off of Livingstone Avenue. Cremation Riverside Cemetery, Etobicoke.

She will be deeply missed.

The world is a little more dark without her in it but the Universe has earned another star.

We will always miss you Mom.
We will always Love you.
You will never be forgotten.
