FOK, Anselm Nai-Choi - Passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday November 26, 2019.
Beloved husband of Esther.
Loving father of Timothy.
Anselm will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all his relatives and friends.
Friends may pay final respect to Anselm on Friday December 6, 2019 from 6 pm - 9 pm and also on Saturday December 7, 2019 from 11 am - 12 noon at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home, Markham, Ontario. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday December 7, 2019 commencing at 12 noon to be followed by cremation in Gormley, Ontario.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Scarborough General Hospital Foundation will be greatly appreciated by the Fok family.
