ABBAMONTE, Carmine Abbamonte - 86, of Toronto, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2019, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Bella, Potenza, Italy, to Vito Antonio and Carmina (Massara) Abbamonte.
Carmine left his homeland in February 1958 and settled in Toronto, Canada.
On June 4, 1960, he married Antonietta Stolfi.
Carmine and Antonietta lived in Toronto for the entire duration of their married life.
Carmine is survived by his loving wife, Antonietta, of 59 years, his beloved daughters, Nina Tantalo (Aurelio), Carmela Abbamonte-Boyko (Bob), and his cherished grandchildren Adrian, Jordana, Brandon, and Julian.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2019, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Heritage Funeral Centre, Toronto, Ontario. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2019, at 10:30 am.
