HONOLD, Hilmar Herwig - Passed in the early morning hours of Tuesday, January 21, 2020 in his 84th year, at Sunnybrook Health Centre, after a lengthy battle with one of many cancers he has battled over several years.
He was predeceased by his loving wife, Ilse Meta.
Beloved father of 2 sons, Hilmar and wife Cindy with granddaughter Harlie and fiance Terry. Second son Adrian with 3 grandsons, Joeseph, Stephan, and Lucas along with their mom Ann Marie. Also just having Hilmar’s first great granddaughter, Sophia with Joey and his fiancee Sara.
Will be remembered by siblings in Germany; Roland, Edith, Hermann, past brother Bruno and extensive friends and family both here and in Germany.
Memorial visitation at Paul O'Connor funeral home, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E., Scarborough (between Pharmacy and Warden) on Saturday February 1st from 1:00pm, with service In chapel at 2:00 pm and reception following.
