Guinto EsperanzaGUINTO, Esperanza Agapinan - Esperanza Agapinan Guinto, age 91 of Mississauga, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Ian Anderson Hospice in Oakville, Ontario.

She was born November 15, 1928 in Vigan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines to the late Tito Agapinan and Caridad Aguimbag.

She was admired for her deep love and devotion to her late husband, Marcelino Guinto, Sr.  A devoted mother to her children; Mildred (Gennaro), Marilex (Raymond), Marcelino Jr (Jeana), Melvin (Mercy), Marc Dennis (Auring), Galicano (Cynthia).

She was an adoring grandmother “Nanang” to Milart, Gabriel, Princess (Jacob), Vanessa, Patrick, Daniel, Clay, Lauren, Tyler, Kane, Liam, Joseph and Mathew. A caring sister to Cristina, Leonora and late sisters Marcela and Pacita.

Esperanza worked as an elementary math teacher for Aritao Central School in Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines.

Fondly called Esping or Pancing by family and friends, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Her enthusiastic nature, and sense of humour was contagious to everyone she met.

A funeral mass is scheduled for 9:30 am on February 14th at Immaculate Conception Church-Woodbridge.
