Adams EdADAMS, Edward 'Ed' - It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of Ed Adams on the evening of Sunday June 7, 2020 at the age of 77.

He will be forever missed by his wife Diane (Dussault) Adams, his sons Matthew and Glen, daughter Christina, his granddaughter Shaylee, and his brother Doug.

Ed was born on August 17, 1942 in Toronto, Ontario to Florence and Edwin Adams. He was a successful businessman, an avid outdoorsman, and a loving husband and father.

Earlier in his life, Ed ran salmon fishing charters with his brother Doug. He later went on to become the owner and President of Gilchrist Wright Graphics, working alongside his closest friend and wife, Diane. Together, they built and maintained a number of strong professional relationships that developed into long-lasting friendships.

He spent his life doing the things he loved with the people he cared about most – fishing trips and golf games with his friends and family, hunting trips with his brother and his dogs, weekly pool games with his dear friend Rick, and watching Blue Jays games with his daughter.

More than anything, Ed enjoyed the company of his family. He had a gentle heart and was loved by all who knew him. Ed will be remembered for his generosity and his kind, compassionate spirit. He has left us with so many wonderful memories. His essence will carry on as his children continue to exemplify his good character and embody the qualities that enabled him to brighten the lives of others.

In accordance with his wishes, Ed will be cremated. A celebration of life may be held at a later date, depending on upcoming COVID-19 limitations.
