HOUSTON, Lisa Jane - On June 25, 2020 we lost a beautiful person. Lisa "Hearts" Jane Houston.
She was a kind and caring person, generous in nature and always thinking of others. A gentle soul with a big heart, taken from us far too soon.
In her short life Lisa faced more than her share of health challenges including a 28 year battle with kidney failure.
Whatever challenges Lisa encountered only seemed to strengthen her love for life and her positive outlook.
Lisa touched many people in her journey through life, and made many friends. Her smile, always happy personality and sense of humor will forever be in our memory banks. Lisa will be sadly missed by her family, friends and her companion Bongo. R.I.P Lisa "Hearts" Jane Houston.
Visitation will be held at Brampton Funeral Home, Brampton on July 2nd from 1:00 PM - 02:00 PM followed by the service in the chapel at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation of Canada and/or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada in honour Lisa.
