LOIZIDES, John ‘Boys’ Xydia - January 11, 1946 to August 12, 2020 - John Loizides passed away on August 12, 2020 after a short battle with lung cancer.
He was best known as ‘Boys’ by his friends and is lovingly remembered by his two sisters Maria Xidhia and Laura Calderone (Michael), niece Leah Xidhia Romaniello, nephews Michael and Justin Calderone.
Grand niece and nephew Matteo and Allegra Romaniello.
John was born in Trikomo, Famagusta, Cyprus and immigrated to Canada in 1961.
He loved his family and friends, along with playing cards and the Toronto Maple Leafs.
“Boys’ is remembered as a kind and gentle person who enjoyed his life to the fullest.
He is predeceased by his mother Meropi Loizides, father Michael Loizides, and sisters Leah and Louisa Loizides.
John will continue to be loved and missed by all.
