St. Jacques RogerST. JACQUES, Roger - Passed away at the age of 55 on August 15, 2020 after many years of battling cancer.
Son of late Jean Paul St. Jacques and Eleanor Marie Clare St. Jacques, of Iroquois Falls, Ontario.
Roger lived in Toronto, Ontario and attended Iroquois Falls Secondary School and Western University in London, Ontario.
In his spare time, he loved listening to 70’s era music, being outdoors camping, hiking, and fishing. He also raved about his trip and experience in Peru, and was most passionate about his 1984 Toyota Land Cruiser.
You could say he was a problem solver; he just needed to be in the know and understand the intricacies of everything, be it world politics or simply how to fix and maintain his beloved vehicle.
He worked for Caremark in Mississauga delivering vital medications to those in need; his way of paying it forward. His own illness forced him to retire in 2009.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. His legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone he interacted with.
He is survived by his sister, Rachelle St. Jacques (Thomas), brothers, Gerry St. Jacques (Laurie), Jean St. Jacques (Kathy), James St. Jacques (Stephanie) and their families.
Visitation will be held at Cardinal Funeral Home, Annette Chapel, Toronto on August 28th from 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM followed by the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Canadian Cancer Society.
