Smith ValSMITH, Valerie - Passed away peacefully at Markham Stouffville Hospital after a short illness Saturday, October 31, 2020.

Valerie was born to Basil and Carmeta Smith in Manchester, England on July 21, 1962. She immigrated with her parents to Canada as a young child.

After graduating from high school, she worked in the banking field for a while, and then she went on to other clerical positions in other industries.

She loved fashion and was always well dressed, she may have gotten her fashion sense from her childhood barbie dolls. She had quite a collection of them. She also liked to discuss benefits of vitamins and natural health foods. Loved her green juice.

Valerie always had a gentle smile. She loved Michael passionately, and you would seldomly see one without the other.

She leaves behind her beloved brother Michael, sister Odette, aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members and friends.

Let us not despair.. We have hope that we shall one day be brought together again with her through the love of Jesus Christ, our saviour.

Rest in peace, Valerie. We love you always and deeply.

Miss you!
