Sequeira AlbertSEQUEIRA, Albert - (June 5,1951 - October 30, 2020) - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Albert Sequeira on Friday, October 30th, 2020, at Credit Valley Hospital.

Beloved husband of Marlene and amazing dad to Svenson and Snedden.

Loving brother to Margaret / Khalid; Patrick / Succorina; Mercia / Tito; Anita; Elizabeth and Precy / Hemant and brother-in-law to Myrtle / Edward (Deceased); Rupert / Jacqueline; Muriel / Oswald and Rudy (Deceased)/ Rita and son-in-law to the late Anthony Charles & Celistina Mathias.

Albert will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and their families.

Albert was born in Goa, India to Late Caetano and Late Geraldina Sequeira. He began his career at Naval Dockyard in Bombay and later joined the Merchant Navy where he sailed the world as a Chief Engineer. He married the love of his life Marlene in 1983. In 1995, he brought his family and settled in Canada.

Albert had tremendous love for his family, he loved to entertain and ensured the happiness of everyone who surrounded him. Albert had an amazing gift with people, if he met someone for the first time, he would develop a relationship that made them fell like they had known each other a life time. He was always quick to help others whenever he could, he was the kind of man that would lend the shirt off his back to someone who needed it more then he did.

Albert loved his pets and his vegetable patch and earned the nick name “Farmer Joe” from his sons. He will be greatly missed by Marlene, Svenson & Snedden and many family and friends in Canada and abroad.

Arrangements with Scott funeral home, Mississauga chapel. Private viewings will be held on Sunday, November 8th, followed by a private funeral mass on Monday November 9, 2020, at 10:00am. The mass will be livestreamed at the following link https://stfrancisxavierchurch.blogspot.com
