Dr. Patrick Theophilus Barnes (retired) passed away peacefully on Friday, January 8, 2021, at Michael Garron Hospital in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
He was born on June 15, 1941 in Bo, Sierra Leone, West Africa.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Maude Barnes, and his three children, Rodney, Leslie, and Milton, and his three grandchildren.
