MITCHELL, Elizabeth 'Betty' Marjorie (Thomas) - It is with great sadness that the Mitchell family announces the passing of Elizabeth "Betty" Mitchell on May 1, 2021, at the grand age of 90.
Loving wife of Bruce for 66 years, beloved Mother of Donna (Dan) and Rick (Cilla). Grandmother of Chris (Alexis) and Kevin (Tiegan).
Predeceased by her parents May and Stanley Thomas, sister Mary and brother Ronald.
Betty loved the outdoors, whether gardening, sailing, camping, travelling or hiking. She loved all animals, especially her cats.
The family would like to express our thanks to the EMS of Mississauga and her wonderful PSWs.
As an expression of sympathy, donations can be made to Credit Valley Hospital Cardiology Department or your local animal rescue.
A celebration of Betty's life will be held at a later date when travel can be done safely. Arrangements entrusted with Skinner and Middlebrook funeral home, Mississauga.
