CONNELLY, Frances (née McPolin) - (1938 - 2021) - Died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on June 25, 2021.
Born on August 16, 1938 to Peter and Mary McPolin.
Beloved wife of the late Dennis Connelly. Loving mother to Pat (Cindy), Peter, Dennis (Nini), Margaret (Noel), Kevin (Robin), Kathy (Steve) and Wayne (Erin). Proud grandmother and great grandmother.
She will be missed by her extended family and friends.
Respecting the current situation and pandemic restrictions, the Funeral Service and Interment will be private.
A private Service (with livestream availalble) will be held from the Ward funeral home, Brampton chapel on Wednesday June 30th. Interment at Assumption cemetery.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the staff of the ALS department at Sunnybrook hospital and all the amazing palliative care team. For those wishing, donations may be made to the ALS Society of Canada.
