Gertsakis TedGERTSAKIS, Ted    - It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that the family of Ted Gertsakis announces his sudden passing on June 28, 2021.

He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Marilia Perdigao, his son Craig Gertsakis and wife Diana, daughter Ashley Gertsakis and stepson Ryan Liechti and wife Chelsea.

He was a loving son to Stavros (deceased) and Maria Gertsakis, brother to Chris Gertsakis and wife Lisa, Elsie Beiles and husband Rob.

He was a proud grandfather to Paxton and Vanessa.

He will be missed by his family including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins as well as a number of friends and coworkers.

Ted was born in Florina and moved to Canada with his family when he was 9.

He lived with his wife and mother in Toronto and was a loving Dad and Grandpa.

Ted was cheerful, kind, dependable and hardworking. He enjoyed going on holidays and to car shows with his wife Marilia.

He loved spending time with friends and family and being outdoors working in the yard or on his GTO with his son and more than anything, spending time with his grandchildren.

Ted was a man who took great pride in his work and was a great mentor to many of his co-workers.

He was recognized and will be remembered for his hard work and dedication to his job.

Ted will be forever missed by his friends and family.

May He Rest In Peace.
