ANTHONY, Ronald Joseph - It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of their dear Ronald, at the age of 89, on Friday, November 5, 2021.
Devoted and much loved husband of Isabel (predeceased March 2020), adored and loving father of Debra (Mark) and Jennice (David).
Treasured and appreciated grandfather of Andrew (Jessica), Rachelle (Denis), Trevor (Zoey), and Rebecca; and great-grandfather of Alexander.
Loyal and esteemed brother of the Local 31 Union for over 50 years; admired and respected from his time as helper to established business agent, until his retirement.
To honour Ronald's wishes, a celebration of life will take place alongside his beloved (late) wife, Isabel, in the springtime (2022).
The family extends their sincere gratitude to the palliative care team at Etobicoke General Hospital, Dr. Chan and Dr. Bahl for taking care of Ronald in his final days on earth before heaven.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be greatly appreciated by the family.
