Taylor RossTAYLOR, Ross Taylor   -  On Thursday November 4th, Ross W Taylor, loving brother, husband, friend to many, died suddenly at the age of 60.

Ross was born in Oxford, England to Bill and Rahno (Aitken) Taylor.

Bill was a career military man, so the family moved frequently until settling in Halifax in 1979.

In 2014 Ross resettled in Ontario and began a new chapter in his life.

Ross was a car aficionado, loved music of all genres, and captivated people with his gift of storytelling.

He graduated with a BA in English from St. Mary’s University in Halifax.

His love of cars led him to a lifetime career in the automotive industry.

e dreamed of teaching English and was able to live that out by volunteering as an ESL teacher. Later in life he developed a love of photography and took enviable still-life photos.

He nurtured lifelong friendships with so many people, he made everyone feel loved and understood, and he was the best big brother a sister could ever ask for.

He is survived by his sister Patti (the Kid) and Scott, her children and grandchild, his wife Deena and her extended family, and his partner Fran and her extended family.

We will celebrate Ross’s life together on Dec 5th, 2021, at Forest Brook Community church, 60 Kearney drive, Ajax, On., from 2:30pm until 4:30pm.

Unfortunately due to government enforced regulations, you must have proof of vaccination to attend.

Donations in memory of Ross can be made to the Heart and Stroke foundation:  https://secure-support.heartandstroke.ca/site/SPageServer?pagename=DMDonationForm&s_locale=en_CA&s_fT=cont&s_pres=hsweb&s_cscid=hsweb_wtg_inmem  or CAMH foundation https://give.camh.ca/site/Donation2?df_id=2463&2463.donation=form1 .
