Critelli MaryCRITELLI, Mary   -  Passed away on Monday, December 5th, at home, with family members present.

Mary is survived by her husband of 33 years, Maurice Mazerolle; her two sons, Sam and Nick; and her cat, Bella.

She would have turned 71 on December 14th. Born in Toronto, she was the daughter of Salvatore and Primetta Critelli, who were originally from Pentone, which is in Calabria, Italy. Mary grew up on Symington Avenue in Toronto's west end, close to many of her cousins.

Mary was a graduate of the University of Toronto, as well as Osgoode law school at York University. While she had her own practice on St. Clair Avenue, she worked at Rosenberg-Smith for several years before working at Delzotto Zorzi law firm, until her retirement in 2018.

Mary loved to read, paint, walk, Tai Chi, travel, and of course, spend time with her family and friends.

A big fan of Italian cuisine, she loved to cook and to take cooking classes. But most of all, it was her sons that she was the most passionate about.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for a Visitation on Tuesday, December 13th, from 4-8 p.m., at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., Toronto (Just east of Jane St.).

A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at 11 a.m., with a reception to follow.

For those who wish, donations to the Princess Margaret Hospital in memory of Mary would be appreciated.
