1924 - 2023
Passed peacefully, with family, in Vancouver, July 18, 2023, aged 98.
Beloved wife of the late Jack Blackwell. Dear mother of Linda (Rod); grandmother of Vanessa and Christina; and aunt of Richard, Susan, Jan, Gail, and the late Gary.
Much-loved friend of Arlye.
Predeceased by siblings, Cyril and Joan. Born in London, UK, she married RCAF Airman Jack in 1945, and came to Toronto as a war bride.
They were married 54 years. Mum moved to Vancouver in 2009 to be near family.

An informal memorial will be held graveside at 2 p.m., September 11th, at Thornton Cemetery, 1200 Thornton Road North, Oshawa.
