GOTTARDO, Renato - God called Renato peacefully, on February 11, 2024, at the age of 93.
He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Giovanna.
Cherished by his dear children, Aldo, and Marianne (Bruno Grossi).
Proud Nonno to Julian Grossi. He will always be remembered by his sister, Nives (Antonio Ioan); and sisters-in-law, Mary Rossit, Nadia Gottardo and Gabriella Gottardo.
Renato is reunited in heaven with his parents, Maria and Aldo; and siblings, Pietro, Mario, Lorenzo, Bruno, Esterina, and Teresina. He will be held dear in the hearts of his nieces, nephews, cousins, and many good friends.
If so desired, donations in memory of Renato may be made to the St. Michael's Hospital – Cardiology Unit.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd.), on Friday, February 16, 2024, from 2-5 and 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 9 a.m. at St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church (150 St. Francis Ave., north of Rutherford Rd., west of Weston Rd.).
