De POE GLOVER, Mary Elizabeth - Peacefully, on Saturday, February 10, 2024, with her beloved husband, Wayne, of 44 years by her side.
Predeceased by her parents, Janet and William Baird. Mary started her rich career at CBC Radio and TV over 30 years ago.
One of the highlights of Mary's career was being presented to The Queen and Prince Philip on the occasion of CBC TV's 50th anniversary.
She will be lovingly remembered by her Husband Wayne Glover, lifelong friend, Jill Burns; and all her other friends and colleagues.
Visitation will be held at Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home, 467 Sherbourne St., on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, from 11 a.m. – 12 noon with a Service to follow at 12 noon. An entombment will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mary can be made to the Toronto Humane Society.
