Millar DavidMILLAR, David Bruce   -

May 9, 1946 - April 8, 2024

Having led a full life, David is survived by his three children, Ryan, Laurel and Meredith, who were his great joy in life and for whom he was so proud of the adult persons they have become.

He loved them dearly. He also leaves behind his beautiful grandchildren, Finnley, Ella, Duke, Finn, Bo and Callen, who he considered a great treasure and source of joy.

He also leaves behind his dear friend, Gail, with whom they shared many years, travels, and fond memories together. There was a special place in his heart for the life partners of his children, Denise, Russ and Chris. For all of them, he hoped they would all have happy lives.

And he leaves behind the memories of the parents he loved and for whom he was eternally grateful for the love, childhood memories and guidance they provided.

His life was enriched over the decades by his family and his many friends and acquaintances in many places and he hoped that he had touched their lives as much as they touched his.

He was a very independent and self-reliant person and he hoped that did not diminish how much he cared about the people in his life in their eyes.

He always tried to be there for his family and friends in the good as well as the difficult times.

In his life and work, he hoped that he left his small part of the world a better place. To all the people that have been in his life and enriched it, he was sincerely grateful.

A Celebration of Life will be held for David on Thursday, May 16th, at 6:00 p.m., Balmy Beach Club. All friends, family and acquaintances are welcome to join in remembering David in a joyous way.
