LOWRIE, Donald Paul - February 27, 1938 - February 24, 2018
Passed away peacefully at Woods Park Care Centre in his 80th year.
Beloved husband and dear friend of Nancy (Thompson) for 56 years.
Proud and supportive father of Mark (Ana) of Kitchener and Cindy (Shawn) McNeice of Minesing, Ontario.
Cherished Papa of Marnie, Jason, Evan and Mya. Dear brother of Jim (Shirley) of Barrie and the late Robert (Marie) of Conshohocken, PA.
Devoted son of the late Jeanne and Matthew Lowrie. Don will be fondly remembered and missed by nephews, nieces, family and friends. Don worked in the agricultural industry for many years as a valued employee of United Cooperatives, Cargill Grain and Can Grow.
At Don's request, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at Tangle Creek Golf and Country Club, 4730 Side Rd. 25, Thornton, on Saturday, April 7th from 1:00-4:00 p.m.
If desired, donations to the Kidney Foundation or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
