KOZBIAL, Grace Helen - June 21, 1950 - April 15, 2021
Forever and For Always "My Beautiful Sweetie Pie!"
Beloved, Cherished Wife and Sweetheart to Andrew Kozbial for forty-nine years, Grace Kozbial passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital In Hamilton, Ontario, on April 15, 2021.
Predeceased by her father, Stanislaw Wojcik, her mother, Wanda Perschon, and her brother, Roman Perschon.
Survived by numerous cousins and extended family. Grace was a very talented and highly dedicated teacher and mentor for over thirty years.
She always considered it a privilege to have worked in the service of children.
Grace was a B.A. graduate from the Faculty of Social Sciences, at McMaster University, in Hamilton, Ontario.

WEAVER, Kenneth 'Ken' Schofield - On Thursday, April 15, 2021 at the age of 87 years.
Ken will be deeply missed by his cherished Irish beauty, Ina Weaver of Keswick, by his son, Ron Weaver (Wendy) of Keswick and daughters, Pamela (Greg Hutchings) of Keswick and Mary (Tom Rinehart) of Orlando, Florida.

PARKER, Ian - It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ian Parker of Toronto, on April 15, 2021.
Ian is remembered for his kind and gentle soul, his quick wit and sense of fun, his keen intellect, and seemingly endless inner strength.
Ian was born in London, Ontario, in 1947.
He pursued a passion for music, studying piano at the Royal Conservatory of Music and music history at the University of Toronto.
After sustaining a spinal cord injury in an accident, he made significant contributions to the disability community.
He was assistant provincial coordinator for the International Year of Disabled Persons, creating an award-winning commercial, "Label Us Able."

ROESSLER, Wolfgang Karl Philipp - SUNRISE, March 18, 1939 - Konigsberg, Prussia SUNSET, April 15, 2021 - Toronto, Canada
If one had to choose a word to describe Wolfgang, it would be "committed" 100% to everything he did in his life; he was focused and driven.
He never gave up, and was always ready...Faster! Further! Smarter!
Having had a great dislike for peas and carrots as a child, Wolfgang discovered his passion for cooking at a very young age.
In Germany, at the age of 14, he left home to study culinary arts which set the stage for a lifelong career that brought him to kitchens around the world.
While working in Toronto, he met Corriëtte, his loving wife of 55 years. He became a successful businessman, entrepreneur, a Master Chef and was active in local and international culinary competitions and events
Spirited by his love of community, he often volunteered preparing holiday dinners for hundreds each year.

Albert Dinwoodie passed peacefully at the Maple Health Centre on Wednesday, April 14th 2021, with his beloved wife Pauline at his side, singing favourite songs to him.

KESTENBERG, Betty - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Betty “Nan” Kestenberg on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Toronto on June 19, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Libel and Freida Blatman; sister of the late Danny Blatman.
Devoted and loving wife of the late Louis Kestenberg. Nan will be dearly missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Barry Kaufman; her grandchildren Ryan, Andrea and Shimmy, Justin, Aubrey and Ida, Jordanna and Frank; her great-grandchildren Jade, Jared, Brandon, Jenna, Cole, Julia, Daniel, Ethan, Austin, and Tyler.
Betty started “Betty Kestenberg Fashions,” a popular women’s clothing store fifty years ago. With hard work and dedication, she opened multiple locations and earned the title of “Fashion Icon.”

CATTERMOLE, Maurine Bernice (Sheahan) - November 5, 1924 – April 14, 2021 - Maurine passed peacefully in her sleep at Amica Retirement Home in London Ontario.
She joins her beloved husband, Gordon, whom she has very much missed for the past 5 years. They were a very striking couple who had 73 lovely years of marriage.
Maurine will be missed by her two daughters, Carol Smith (David) and Donna Ferguson (Jim, deceased).

Jennifer was born to Joseph and Myrtle Chai on December 8, 1953 in Kingston, Jamaica.
She moved to Canada in 1970 where she met her husband; they married on August 2, 1975 and had 46 wonderful years together.
She is survived by her husband Sydney, her children Tamara (Derek), Jeffrey (Wing Sum) and Brian (Lorelei) and five grand children (Vanessa, Lincoln, Oliver, Iro, and Cara).

DUBÉ, Bernard - It is with great sadness and many fond memories that we share the loss of Bernard Dubé, 72, dearly loved father, brother and friend, who died suddenly in March at his home in Ottawa, of a heart attack.
Bernard (Bernie) was born in Halifax on February 2, 1949, to Lucy James (Burgeo, NL) and Gérard Dubé (Saint-Paul-de-la-Croix, QC).
Bernard was a devoted father to Zack and Shaina, now living in Ottawa and Calgary, respectively, of whom he was immensely proud.
Bernard grew up in Halifax and Joliette, QC, later moving to Montreal, where he attended McGill University.
It was in Montreal that he met his former wife, Ottawa artist Audrey Churgin.
