Angelo is now reunited with his wife Maria.
Loving father of Joe and his wife the late Candida.

FRANCHIN, Luigi 'Louie' - Luigi, or Louie as he like to be called, passed away peacefully in his sleep early Monday November 16, 2020. He was in his 95th year.
Luigi is now united in heaven with his parents Aurelio and Irma, and his younger brother Ermes.
He leaves behind his beloved wife of 71 years, Maria. Father to Loretta (Peter) and Angelo (Christina). Grandfather to Michelle (David), Stephen (Jessie), Peter (Nadia) and Andrew. Great-grandfather to Victoria, Samantha, Matthew, Zoey, Audrey and Liam.

SUMBLER, Kathleen 'Kay' (nee Stahl) - On Monday November 16, 2020, Kay Sumbler died peacefully in her home with her daughter Karen (Sumbler) by her side. She had recently celebrated her 96th birthday.
Kay was predeceased by her husband Thomas Sumbler and her much-loved daughter Linda (Sumbler) Hobson (wife of David Hobson).
Aside from her other daughter, Karen, Kay leaves behind, her cherished grandchildren Jessica, Zachary, and Noah, and her precious great grandchildren, Hannah, Carra, Aria, Charlie, and Jack; all of whom she adored.

LUE, Wai Lin - Went home to be with Jesus on November 16, 2020 at age 97.
Wai Lin was born in Hong Kong in 1923. She was a survivor of the second world war as the Japanese invaded China.
She married Vincent Samuel Lue and had two sons (Lincoln and Richard) in China before immigrating to Jamaica in the late 1940’s.
In Jamaica she and Vincent started their retail business and then had 3 more children, Rosalie, David and Robert. Lincoln and Richard travelled to Jamaica from Hong Kong to be reunited with the family.

UNCAO, Humberto Ferreira - It is with great sadness that the family of Humberto Unção announces his peaceful passing on, November 16, 2020, at the age of 85 years.
Humberto will be leaving broken hearts behind and will dearly be missed by his wife of 56 years, Maria Da Ascenção Furtado Medeiros, and children Nelia Pacheco, Carlos Unção, Osvalda Raleza and Diane Unção.

We are saddened to announce the passing of our dear husband and father John Bell.
He will be missed by his wife of 23 years, Stephanie and by his daughters Julia and Jessica.
Beloved brother to Norma Marcotte (Greg) and Betty Andersen (Anders), he will also be missed by sister-in-law Rosemary Mayhew (Paul), his many nieces, nephews and friends.
John was predeceased by his parents John and Eileen and his sister Janet. He enjoyed serving his clients as a Certified Financial Planner for many years.

HEMBLEN, David - Celebrated Toronto actor David H. M. Hemblen died on November 16, 2020.
Born on September 16, 1941, in England, David immigrated to Toronto with his parents in 1956 and attended high school here.
Originally embarked on an academic career, David was pursuing a Ph.D. in Medieval Studies when he caught the actor's bug.
Spotted by Royal Shakespeare Company's Clifford Williams in a student production, David acted in the first season of Theatre Toronto, launched in 1967 with John Colicos, Terry Tweed, Barbara Hamilton and other luminaries of the Canadian stage.

KENT, Claire (nee THOMSON) - April 13, 1924 - May 16, 2020
"In loving memory of a person too wonderful to forget."
Claire was predeceased by her first husband Joe Dunkelman and second husband Douglas Kent.
She was also pre-deceased by her son Lex Dunkelman.
She is fondly remembered and much cherished Aunt to the Dunkelman family, who remained very close to her until the end of her life.

MARCHIORI, Marjorie Joan (nee REID) - Of Oakville, Joanie, Mom, Grams, died peacefully at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on November 16, 2020 aged 87, following a short battle with cancer.
Predeceased by her husband Aldo and son Michael, loved dearly by her children Michele Vuckovic (Danny) and Joanne Knox (Barry) and her grandchildren Michael, Jessica, Alexandria, Tamara, and Dana.
Joanie was born and raised in Toronto where she began her banking career in a teller's cage armed with a gun to foil holdups.
While she never had to use the gun, she did use her financial and customer service skills in her future endeavours in Real Estate, at the Licence Bureau, and as President of her Condominium Board.

PINTER, Anna (nee LUKACS) - On November 16, 2020, in her 92nd year, Anna died after a lengthy illness.
Anna's zest for life and love of her family is treasured by sons, Steven and Tom (Anne Marie).
Proud and loving grandmother to Laura, Alexander and Michael, who will treasure her endless attention and her wonderful cooking.
She will be missed dearly by her sister, Susan, niece, Gaby, nephew, Peter, and their children. She will be remembered fondly by Jennifer, Hilary and many more.
A woman of exacting standards, but blessed with a generous and giving heart, Anna lived a life in many chapters.

SCHANCK, Joseph Maurice (Moe) - The Schanck and Rooney families are sad to announce the unexpected death of Joseph Maurice (Moe) Schanck, on November 16, 2020 at the age of 89, husband of Sandra Schanck.
Born on March 29, 1931 in Toronto, Ontario he was the first born of the late Ernest and Mary Schanck.
Moe graduated from York Memorial Collegiate.
The untimely death of his father meant Moe had to support his mother and younger siblings through various means including delivering bread and setting pins at the local bowling alley.
From then on he continued to demonstrate an incredulous work ethic, whether it was sales, concrete forming or consulting.

SCHUCK, Mary Margaret - Sadly, on November 16, 2020, in New Zealand, Mary Margaret died peacefully, surrounded by her husband Dougal and their three children Aidan, Elizabeth and Alexander.
Mary Margaret lost her long, hard fought battle against Cancer, but it did not diminish the strength, love, and compassion that she carried with her to the end.
