Breton RuthBRETON, Ruth Helen (nee Love) - Passed away at Chartwell Brant Centre on December 4, 2018.

Loving mother of Thomas "Tom" and his wife Brenda May, of Burlington, Brenda Clarke of Sault Ste. Marie, and Paul of Burlington.

Loving grandmother of Adam and Geoffrey Clarke, and Thomas and Jonathan Breton.

Ruth will be sadly missed by her family and sisters Elaine Stoicoiu, of Calgary, Alberta, and her brother Gordon Love of Edmonton, Alberta. Her sisters-in-law Hélѐne Love of Montreal, Quebec, Miriam Love of Edmonton, Alberta, and her many nieces and nephews and their families.

Ruth was predeceased by her parents Margaret and John Love of Quebec City, her brothers John and Gerard Love and her sisters Margaret Love and Esther Rose "Betty" Cuthbertson.

Ruth was a long-time member of St. Gabriel's Parish and member of the Catholic Women's League.

Ruth's children and friends would like to thank the staff of the Rambo Creek Wing at the Chartwell Brant Centre and Dr. Karnis for the care and kindness provided to Ruth during the last 3 years.

Visitation at Smith's funeral home, 1167 Guelph Line, Burlington on Sunday, December 9th from 3 - 5 and 7 - 9 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Gabriel's Roman Catholic Church on Monday, December 10th at 11 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington, ON.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Ruth may be made to the Good Shepherd Centres, P.O. Box 1003, Hamilton, ON, L8N 3R1.
