Branton LoraineBRANTON, Lorraine Frances (nee Disney) - Died peacefully at her own home, and on her own terms, on Tuesday December 15th, 2020.

She was 92 years old, had a well lived and loved life.

We only wish we could have had her for another 92.

Survived by her children, (who will forever have a void in our hearts) Phillip, Jim (Gloria) and Denise Raeburn (Peter).

Predeceased by her husband Blake Branton (1987), her foster daughter Laurel McBain (2012) and her brother Russel G. Disney (1983).

Dearly loved by her grandchildren Joe (Jen), Emily (Mark) and Alyssa, and great-grandchildren Julia and Blake, who were fortunate to have had several years with her love.

Sincere thanks to the many people who helped us to keep Mom in her apartment right until the end: Jay Disney, PSW’s Bonnie, Jordan and Sherry for keeping her hair looking fabulous right to the end.

To anyone we may have missed; your visits, calls, concerns and friendship were more than one person could hope for.

Mom was jokingly the “self appointed Matriarch” of the family. But this was so true, and now we will have to pick up our shattered hearts and make her proud.

We will carry you in our hearts forever.

If only there were visiting hours in heaven...

There is a bridge of memories,
From here to heaven above,
That keeps you very close to us,
It’s called the bridge of love.

As time goes by without you,
And the months turn into years.
They hold a billion memories,
And a million silent tears.

If we could have a lifetime wish,
And a dream that would come true,
We would pray to God with our hearts,
For yesterday and you.
