JAMES, Joseph Francis - March 31, 1946 – March 13, 2021
Passed away peacefully at his wife’s side on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 6:08 pm, at home in his 74th year.
Treasured soul, beloved husband of Patience James, loving father and father-in-law of Shane, Dale, Maria and Sandra James.
Cherished Papa of Tyler, Jessica, Evan, Noah and Connor James.
Her “BUBS” was her life for 52 years and the rest of her days will be filled with fond memories of the amazing life they lived together.
We would like to thank our dad for making us the men we are today, with strong faith in the Lord, love of family always and respect for each other.
Papa was always excited to see us and loved to share wonderful stories.
When uncle Joe entered the room, the party would start as he brought the fun with him. Joseph James will be fondly remembered for all the care and love he had for his family, friends and all acquaintances.
Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Thursday, March 18 from 4 – 8 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. JOSEPH THE WORKER PARISH, 1100 Mary Street North, Oshawa on Friday, March 19 at 11:30 a.m.
