SIM, Andrew Jacob - Sadly passed away on Wednesday, December 8th at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 26.
Born on March 16, 1995, Andrew passed away peacefully and surrounded by loved ones.
He leaves behind his loving girlfriend Kelsey Bilon, his three beautiful children Aria, Aubreigh, and Levi, his mother Tracy Robinson, stepfather Greg Smith, siblings Natasha, April, Mathew, Shawn, Landon, Kaitlyn, step sister Taryn Smith, grandmothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
The family would like to extend a huge thank you to the nurses and staff at Lakeridge Health as well as the DRPS officers who have gone above and beyond to support the family during this time.
A Funeral Service will be held at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME. Due to COVID19 restrictions, registrations is required to attend the service.
