LEFEBVRE, Rita (nee McCarthy) - July 10, 1951 – April 23, 2022
Passed away peacefully with family by her side on Saturday April 23rd, 2022, in her 71st year.
Dearly beloved wife of Jack of 53 years. Loving mother of Lisa (late Duane) and Jeremy (Denise).
Cherished grandmother of Tyler (Rachael), Grayson, Jayden and Jeremiah.
Fondly remembered by all her brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Also missed by her work family of 25 years at CPS. Rita loved spending time with family, often cooking and baking, reading a great novel and golfing.
Some of her favourite memories were of travelling to warm beaches, many cruises and unique ports around the world.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 19 between 4-8 pm at the COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL , 1587 Highway #2, Courtice (905-432-8484).
The family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
