Fran in her 87th year.
Beloved wife of Bob Sandford.
Loving mother of Cheryl Ann Thoms, Sonya (John) Coles and the late Judy Wiggins and late Tammy (Dave) Doucette.
Dear grandmother of Olivia (Steve), Stephanie (Kempton), Brittany and Maxwell; great-grandmother of Chelsea and Darien.
Fondly remembered sister of James (Alie) Minaker, the late Thelma Williams, the late Keith Minaker, Linda (late Cecil) Robinson, Patricia (Norm) Weales and Nancy (Lloyd) Fenmore.
Relatives and friends will be received at McINTOSH-ANDERSON-KELLAM FUNERAL HOMEE LTD., 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905-433-5558) for visitation on Monday April 3rd, 2023 from 2 - 4 and 6 – 8 pm.
