SHERMAN, Henry - At age 96, on Thursday, November 19, 2020 sadly as a result of COVID-19 complications.
Son of the late Nathan and Edith. Predeceased by his sister Rose Young, first wife Sarah (1970) and wife Saundra (2015) and brothers and sisters in-law: Morris Bader, Ruth Goldman, Arnold Bader and Ethel Lamster.
Born in Ottawa, Henry was a caring uncle, kind gentleman, dapper dresser and proud veteran who will be lovingly remembered by all who knew him.

MASSEY, Ronald C. - Passed away peacefully at home in Toronto on November 19, 2020 in his 88th year, after a multi-year tussle with cancer.
Ronald is survived by his devoted wife of 60 years, Peggy; by his daughter Lynne, son David, daughter-in-law Marilyn and grandchildren Nicole and Connor; and by a wealth of nieces, nephews, cousins and their families.
He was predeceased by his parents, Esther (McCann) and Thomas E. Massey; and by older siblings Esther (Lown), Irene (Robb), Ruth (Slater) and Tom Massey.

STANLEY, Elizabeth "Bette" Mary - December 22, 1931 – November 19, 2020
Bette passed away peacefully, at Mill Creek Care Center November 19, 2020 in her 89th year.
She was the daughter of the late Roy and Bessie Wicks.
She was married for 60 years to the late John Stanley and survived by her son, John Scott (Luisa).
She will be missed immensely and will be loved forever by her grandchildren, Rachel, Jaclyn, Andrew, Jordan and Jeffrey and by her great-grandchildren Logan and Oliver.

THOMAS, Stephen - September 7, 1937 - November 18, 2020
Passed peacefully with his family at his side on November 18, 2020 at Mackenzie Health Centre, Richmond Hill.
He is survived by his nephews James Alan and David Evan Hunter (Jone), great-nephew Kyle Evan Hunter.
Predeceased by his parents Spero and Vana Thomas, his bother Jimmy Thomas and sister Eleanor Hunter. Stephen grew up in a time when men were men.
Teaching his nephew to catch a football, he told the lad of 9 years to "get up" and when the bullet hurts that he "has to learn to take it" and "don't drop the ball".

Jackie was born in Barry's Bay, Ontario, on October 22, 1931 as the eldest of four children of Paul and StellaPrince (née Skebo).
She was a loving mother to her five children: Douglas, David (Monique), Michael (Carolyn), Nancy (Gilles) and Randy (Megan).
Jackie was also the proud Grandma/Mama of Christopher, Rebecca, Amy, Leah, Emily, Matthew, Jenna, Kate and Danica.
She has two great-grandchildren, Lain and Renly.

SIMONE, Luciano - It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Luciano (Louis) Simone on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Michael Garron Hospital at the age of 83.
Louis is survived by his loving brother, Antonino (Anthony) and predeceased by his parents Vito and Liboria (Lida, Georgina) and sister Frances.
Louis was born with cerebral palsy but despite his disability and difficulties he had a very positive outlook on life and seldom had complaints.

COATES, Myrtle (PULLEN) - Myrtle passed away at Matthews House Hospice in her 99th year on Thursday, November 19, 2020.
Predeceased by her loving husband Charles Osie Coates and survived by her daughter Donna, her granddaughter Terri (Nick), grandson Gord (Carolyn), and great-grandchildren, Jennifer (Bernie), Nikita (Ethan) and Christopher and great-great-granddaughter, Kristyn.
Osie and Myrtle were square and round dancers with the Scarborough Squares and the Willow Weavers.
They were awarded the Trillium Award in 2001.

FAVERI, Frederic 'Rico" Francesco - It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Rico Faveri, on November 19, 2020 at the age of 93 at Trillium Health Centre in Mississauga.
Predeceased by his wife Carolina and his parents Mario and Maria. He will be lovingly remembered by his siblings; Bob (Alice), Rose (Bill deceased), John (Cinna), Mario (Irene), Dan (Sue) and many nieces and nephews.
Rico operated Rico's Grocery Store on Caledonia Road in Toronto for more than 40 years.
He was a member of St. Paul's Italian United Church and the Garibaldi chapter of the Grand Orange Lodge.

STRONACH, Alexandra "Sandra" - It is with great sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of Alexandra Stronach on Thursday, November 19, 2020.
Sandra shared her life with her beloved late husband David.
She was the loving mother of Leslie and Rod, Jason and Karen, and Craig and Sarah.
She was a wonderful Nana to Sean, Emily, Samantha, Meghan, Kate, Abbigail, Jessica, and Lucas, Sandra remained especially close with her sisters Katherine and Hilary.
Sandra and David moved to Stouffville in 1976, and quickly became involved in community events that highlighted her love for the town.

Doug, originally from Toronto, had settled in Bobcaygeon in his retirement from East York Pet Foods, which he took pride in owning and operating.

STEVENSON, Bruce Gordon - It is with broken hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Bruce Gordon Stevenson on November 18, 2020 at the age of 57 years.
Bruce was the cherished husband and best friend of Deborah (Debbie) for 37 years. Loving son of Marion and Gordon. Bruce was the devoted father of Melinda and her partner Andrew Welch and dear brother of Alex and his wife Kim, and Lisa. He was the much loved son-in-law of David Sullivan and a beloved uncle and godfather.
He was preceded in death by Barbara Sullivan (mother-in-law), Darlene and Richard Irwin (sister-in-law and brother-in-law) and Cutie (much-loved dog).
