CIMINI, Filomena (nee Ricci) - With sadness we announce the passing of Filomena Cimini (nee Ricci) on Saturday August 18, 2018 at the age of 100, at Villa Colombo surrounded by her family.
Predeceased by her husband Emidio (2000) and daughter Gabriella (1961). Loving mother to Louis (Paula), Antoinette (Donato), Joanne (Mario), Sergio (Elaine), and Lucy.
Proud grandmother to 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Cherished sister, sister-in-law, aunt and great-aunt to many.
The family sends their heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Villa Colombo, 2nd Floor Fidani Wing, for making her stay a wonderful, active and dignified experience.
Visitation will be held at Marshall funeral home, Richmond Hill, on Tuesday August 21st from 2-4 p.m., and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, 10295 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, on Wednesday August 22nd at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery - Blessed Virgin Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Filomena may be made to Villa Charities.
