POOLE, Mark William - Died peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital on Friday, October 12th of cardiac arrest.
Loved son of Bill & Pat Poole (Caffery). Remembered by his two wonderful sons, Spencer and Graeme and their mother, Catherine Burak.
Also left to mourn Mark are his siblings, Michael, Linda Cundari (Chuck), David, Cathy Webster (Jerry), Mary, Greg (Nancy) and Tom (Barbara).
Mark leaves many nieces, nephews, great-nephews and nieces.
Mark was fortunate to have many long-time, true friends.
The family will receive friends at Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles - Newbigging Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 17th. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Anselm's Roman Catholic Church, 1 MacNaughton Road, Toronto, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 18th.
