FAIREY, "Russ" Victor - February 5, 1956 – July 25, 2019
After a long and hard-fought battle Russ passed away on July 25, 2019 at home.
He was so loved by his wife, Gina Antonacci and daughters Melissa, Alanna and Jenna.
He was the son of Kenneth Fairey and the late Lillian, and brother of Suzanne (Rennie) and Kendra (Jerry). Son-in law of Carmella Bandiera.
Russ was a proud (retired) member of the Toronto Police Service and spent the last 12 years of his career with the Hold-Up Squad.
He loved cooking, fishing and hunting, the Leafs, the Blue Jays and he jumped on the Raptors bandwagon for the first time this year. Russ will be missed by his many friends, extended family and by Rudy, his pup. Thank you, Russ,… for being a part of our lives. We are all better people because of you.
All are welcome to attend a celebration of Russ’s life on Saturday August 17, 2019 from 2 – 5 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home, Aurora, Ontario.
