LESKO, Christopher  -  With broken hearts we announce the sudden and tragic passing of Christopher Lesko due to a workplace accident on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at the age of 50.

Cherished son of Sharon Lesko. Beloved nephew of Joanne and Chris and dear cousin to Janesse, Tracy (Sharon) and Julie. Predeceased by his aunt Gaile Waymouth. Missed by his very best furry friend Mocha.

Christopher was a kind and compassionate person. He had a huge heart and was always trying to help those less fortunate; including the homeless. He was humble and always giving to others; often being referred to as a“ true person” and an “earth angel”. He was also an old soul at heart; enjoying Motown and 70’s music and classic television shows like Green Acres and Sanford and Son. But most of all, he was the most dedicated and loyal fan of his beloved NFL Buffalo Bills. Christopher will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his many cousins, family members and a multitude of friends.

The Lesko family wish to extended special appreciation to Christopher’s good friend Dr. Harold Spivak for his compassionate and dedicated care over the years.

Visitation will take place at the Ward Funeral Home,m 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Tuesday, September 17th, from 1-4 and 6-9 pm. A service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be greatly appreciated.
