Puchta MichaelPUCHTA, Michael - Michael Puchta, born November 8, 1947, passed away suddenly in his home on October 16, 2020 in Toronto, Ontario at the age of 72.

Born in Post WWII Poland (of Ukrainian descent) as the youngest of five children (Hania, Mirek, Kasia Ola) as the child of Andrzej Puchta (who was sadly murdered before his birth) and Maria Krziwinska who he loved with every fibre of his being.

He often told stories of how he would walk many kilometres to school, and after would spend his time looking after the farm animals with great care as well as studying flowers and plants.

He was a man who was always willing to help full of life and adventure and one that decided to embark on a journey to Canada to escape the communist regime in Poland. He fell in love with this country so much that he successfully sponsored 15 people to immigrate to Canada.

His greatest pride and joy were his two daughters Tammy and Jennifer. He would speak about them to everyone he met, from waiters at a restaurant to his family doctor.

He had a great passion for life and everything beautiful. Enjoying delicious dinners, discussions of history and music with friends and family were the moments that were most special to him. His infectious and vibrant laugh as well as beautiful smile will be greatly missed but never forgotten by his friends and family.

Forever in our hearts, now we will never be apart. Вічная Пам’ять
