ZAMMIT, Lana Carole - After a brief illness Lana passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021, at the Credit Valley Hospital.
Lana lived a wonderful 79 years.
Predeceased by her soulmate and loving husband of 56 years, Alfred George Zammit.
Loving mother of David (Sheri) and Ron (Kim).
Proud Nana of Amanda, Catherine, and Avery.
Lana will be deeply missed by all of her extended family and her friends both here and in Florida.
As the sun sets over the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, so too does it set gloriously on a beautiful life.
Mom and Nana, we love you always.
Due to Covid 19, a private family service will be held.
