SEBASTIANO, Louis Anthony - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lou Sebastiano at Humber River Hospital on February 27, 2021 at the age of 80.
He was a kind and gentle soul and loved to be with his friends and family.
He will forever be remembered by his partner and soul mate, Freda; his former wife, Linda; Lou's children, Kent (Rebecca) and Craig; Freda's children, Christopher, Kasia (Glen), Walter, and Elizabeth, as loving "Nonno" to Andrew, Raquel, Ethan, Maleah and Landon; nieces Elvira and Paola, and nephew Ernesto; aunt Louise; and cousins John (Alexandra) and Susan (Paul), their children and grandchildren.
Lou was predeceased by his daughter, Lisa; sister, Nicolina; and uncle, Frank.
A private family service will be held on March 20th. The family plans to have a celebration of life after Ontario's social gathering restrictions are lifted.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Toronto.
