Phillips RonaldPHILLIPS, Ronald Theodore   -  March 16, 1941 - May 30, 2021

It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Ronald Theodore Phillips, on May 30 2021, after a 14-year battle with Parkinson's.

God saw you were tired and a cure was not at hand, so he put his arms around you saying come unto me. Ronald was born in Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

After completing his studies he worked as a Civil Servant in the Customs Department.

In 1966, Ronald traveled to Toronto, Ontario, to join his beloved sister Patsy. He found work with the Ontario Government and later with the Amercian Express Company.

In 1968, he married Silma, they soon welcomed two children Curtney and Colin. Ronald was a loving and faithful husband to Silma and a supportive and wise father to his sons.

His love, compassion and kindness for others touched many hearts.

Ronald was a generous and proud man who was an inspiration to his family.

Ronald will be deeply missed by his wife of 53 years, Silma and his children Curtney (wife Joan) and Colin; his grandchildren Danika, Isaak and Chloe.

His sister Patsy; his niece Marissa (husband Darrin); his nephew Sydney (son Miles); his nephew Gerald; his niece Wendy; his siblings Janet, Grafton and Dick.

Predeceased by his brothers Leon and Noel.

He will be greatly missed by his large extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, all of whom he dearly loved.

Donations can be made to Parkinson Canada.

May his Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.
