Sinclair DonaldSINCLAIR, Donald Allan, P. Eng.,   -  May 1, 1929 - November 15, 2021

Peacefully at the Credit Valley Hospital.

Donald passed away at the ripe old age of 92. He lived a good life of quiet dignity.

Son of the late Gordon and Gladys Sinclair of Islington.

Donald is survived by his beloved wife Louise of almost 68 years. L

oving father of James (Ellen), Susan Polla (the late Frank), and Allan (Jane).

Cherished grandfather of Emily, Domenic (Maggie), Ian (Tichina), Kate, Caroline (Aaron) and John.

Donald was a man of many talents: avid golfer, fisherman, die hard Leafs fan, birdwatcher, photographer, winemaker, enthusiastic investor, lover of mimosas, cribbage player and euchre fanatic, designer and builder of the family cottage and builder and skipper of the Acton Up.

He was above all loyal to his friends and true to his family. He leaves us with many fond memories of happy times at the cottage and on vacation.

When asked on one family trip what his favourite part had been, he replied that it was being together and seeing everyone having a good time. He loved his family very much and will be greatly missed.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Credit Valley Hospital or to a charity of your choice.

A private service will be held on Friday, November 19, 2021, with interment to follow.
