Jeffrey BeatriceJEFFREY, Beatrice Mary Johnson  -  It is with the deepest of sorrow that we announce the passing of a dear mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother at the age of 99 on November 12, 2022.

She touched us all so powerfully by her genuine caring for others, her warmth, her ability to find humour in the darkest of days.

Beatrice was predeceased by Henry Burnette Johnson and Russell Jeffery.

Cherished mother of Linda Delaney (Doug) and the late Anne Tompsett.

Nana to Richard Delaney (Trilce), Mark (Charisma) and Mathew Tompsett. Great-grandmother to Bradley, Destiny, Quinn and Ezra. She was so proud to be an aunt to several nieces and nephews.

A special thanks to all the support staff associated with Bea especially the PSW's and nursing staff on Fisher Wing.

Such joy and warmth was provided by Veronica, Sonia, Allison, Ruth, Annie and Sarah.

Also, our gratitude is extended to the two Majors, Faye and Patricia who provided spiritual support throughout mom's stay at Meighen Manor (Salvation Army).

The family will receive friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles – Newbigging Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue (at Davisville) from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m on Tuesday, November 22nd. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 23rd at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel. A private interment will take place.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Salvation Army or a Charity of Your Choice.
